This hop-forward Pilsner is brewed in like the hybrid Kölsch-style, using ale yeast at cold lager temperatures to create a beautifully crisp profile. The result is a burst of white wine aromas—think gooseberry, lychee, grapefruit, and lime—with a subtle, grainy malt backbone.
