Their new Sour Smash IPA is fermented and conditioned in their french oak foeder. Smash meaning single malt and single hopped. Featuring Origin Chinook pale malt and South African "Southern Tropic" hops. These unique hops round out this smash beer with medium bitterness and sweet fruit on the nose.
