This very special variation on their Belgian Tripel, Divine, uses their very own Barrel-aged coffee. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans were aged 3 months in freshly dumped bourbon barrels that previously held their Divine Intervention barrel-aged Tripel. The coffee was then roasted by their freinds at Firebean Coffee Roasters and added to a new batch of beer.
